Once we verify the issue, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. After receiving the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

1.2 Incorrect Items Received

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. To ensure a smooth resolution, follow these steps:

  • Retain the original packaging and do not use the incorrect item.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect item. Once we receive the returned product and confirm the error, we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost.

2. Returns

2.1 Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want the product you purchased, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving the order. Please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

To initiate a return for change of mind, please follow these steps:

  • Carefully pack the product and ship it back to the address provided by our customer support team.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, except in the case of damage or defects:

  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Products with obvious signs of use.
