CEO 2026 Tournament Experience Rosen Shingle Creek venue

Surviving CEO 2026 — My First Step Into the Arena

Held at Rosen Shingle Creek, Orlando FL By HS2A Stillshadow — Crestspire Summit

A Moment I Didn’t Expect — The First Ever #CEOFishing Winner

Before I even talk about the games, the venue, the energy, or the competition, I need to start with the moment that hit me the hardest.

CEO 2026 wasn’t just my first CEO. It became my son’s first win connected to the FGC.

During our stay at Rosen Shingle Creek, he spent time fishing in the retention ponds along the golf course — not a lake, not a staged event, just a quiet part of the resort where he could relax while I competed.

Then, out of nowhere, a Twitter post went up from Mitch (#CEOFishing) — the community member who organized the first-ever #CEOFishing event.

And there it was:

My son listed as one of the winners of the inaugural #CEOFishing competition.

No stage announcement. No staff callout. Just a grassroots moment shared online, recognizing the people who took part in something new and fun.

Seeing his name in that tweet — seeing him become part of CEO history in a way neither of us expected — hit me harder than any match I played that weekend.

It reminded me that CEO isn’t just a tournament. It’s a place where families, competitors, creators, and fans all find their own lane.

The Venue — Rosen Shingle Creek Is Built for Moments Like This

k

CEO at Rosen Shingle Creek feels like a fighting game city built inside a resort.

  • towering halls
  • polished marble floors
  • massive ballrooms
  • the iconic CEO ring
  • Jebailey’s arcade glowing in the distance
  • crowds forming around hype matches
  • creators filming content everywhere

It’s the kind of place where you can compete, explore, relax, and make memories — all in the same weekend.

The Community — The Energy You Can’t Fake

CEO 2026 was the first time I truly felt the FGC in full force.

I ran into familiar faces I’ve watched for years. I got casual sets with killers. I talked shop with creators building their own lanes. I met people who recognized Crestspire Summit and wanted to know what’s next.

Offline events aren’t just about matches — they’re about presence.

You show up once — people remember you. You show up twice — people expect you. You show up every year — you become part of the ecosystem.

My Tournament Run — Tekken 8 & Fatal Fury

Tekken 8 — 513 / 788 Entrants

I didn’t grind Tekken heavy this year, but fundamentals carried me. I took rounds off strong players, pushed sets to final game, and didn’t drown instantly.

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves — 129 / 249 Entrants

This one matters more.

Fatal Fury is the game I’m specializing in — building lab sheets, studying ratios, and sticking with Hokutomaru even when most players dropped him.

Flux ratio Hokutomaru is my lane, and CEO gave me real offline matchup experience to sharpen it.

FGC Endurance — What CEO Taught Me

CEO taught me:

  • how to manage mental stack
  • how to stay calm in pools
  • how to warm up properly
  • how offline timing differs from online
  • how to pace myself across a full day of matches

The Goal — Travel Independence & Full‑Time Competition

I’m building toward a life where:

  • I travel to majors without worrying about PTO
  • I compete because I want to, not because I can
  • Crestspire Summit becomes a full‑time ecosystem
  • My content funds my travel
  • Hokutomaru becomes a character people associate with my name

CEO 2026 was the first chapter. CEO 2027 will be the next.

Closing Thoughts

CEO 2026 wasn’t just a tournament — it was a moment that connected my journey with my son’s in a way I didn’t expect.

I came to compete. He came to explore. And somehow, we both walked away with wins.

I’m returning in 2027 with more experience, more discipline, and more momentum.

And I’m bringing Flux Hokutomaru with me.
